Mr. A. John Pearson's articles which have appeared in the Lindsborg News-Record and in the Bethany College Magazine and Bethany's publications for over 50 years have so interestingly educated the Smoky Valley people on their history. Here is "A Short History of Bethany" written by him for the occasion of Bethany College's centennial celebration in 1981 for the College, in the publication titled: "The Centennial of Bethany College."
